Support HR Program manager with current HR systems projects

• Manage, track and update timelines and tasks
• Follow up with stakeholders for updates and ensure progress is made/ability to stay on track with deliverables
• Use of Asana (or similar project management tools) to send project status reports
• Gather and present project metrics (i.e. user acceptance testing defects logged, fixed, etc)
• Host project status meetings (can be daily, weekly depending on phase of project)
• Communicate and manage risks, dependencies, issues, etc across project team role: project leads, extended teams, operating committee, steering committee, etc.
• Support HR Program manager and stakeholders with scoping requirements for upcoming projects
• Meet with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and determine timeline and resources

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $60-78/Hr
