Job Title: Procure to Pay Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

The Oracle Fusion Support and Data Analyst is responsible for guiding the vision, direction, and execution of procurement operations within our organization. Reporting to the Procurement Operations Director, this role involves supporting daily procurement activities, troubleshooting tool issues, and collaborating with various teams to resolve concerns. Strong communication and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ServiceNow, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Modules, including Sourcing, Contracting, Purchase Requisition, Supplier and Catalog Management.
  • Manage and maintain Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and Catalog (Punchout, Internal (Local) and Information) Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve open issues related to procurement processes.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for tracking and resolving issues, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Communicate effectively with procurement, cross-functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on procurement performance and addressing concerns.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and continuously improve procurement processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the IT Storefront group on data-related tasks and projects, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
  • Participate in Oracle testing, ensuring the system meets specific needs and remains flexible.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement and data support roles.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and experience with ServiceNow for issue management.
  • Work experience within an operational department with high transaction volumes (e.g., Procurement, Finance, IT, SCM) preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Work experience within an operational department with high transaction volumes (e.g., Procurement, Finance, IT, Helpdesk/customer service) preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard working hours: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. IST (flexibility required due to the global nature of the position).
