Seeking a Change Management Specialist with experience of implementing Oracle Cloud ERP.
Responsible for supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Change Management activities within one of the organizations’ top strategic initiatives. The goal is to support stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the new system and processes are embraced, adopted, and used effectively to drive better business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program and Business leadership, System Integrator and stakeholder groups to oversee and implement a change management and communication program to maximize employee adoption of changes associated with Finance and Supply Chain business process transformation.
- Partner with Program Change Management Leads, Functional Process Owners, IT and Project Managers to manage stakeholder expectations, escalate and mitigate change management risks, and develop plans to enable the organization during the transition.
- Assess, evaluate, and document change impacts, risks, and the potential effects of global change initiatives on employees and customers; create risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Support and contribute to training program delivery ensuring user adoption and reinforcement. Manage measurement systems; work with program leadership to track utilization and proficiency.
- Engage closely with stakeholders and build relationships to identify and address concerns related to program change impacts. Support and manage change agent network. Identify, manage, and support super users.
- Develop executive level presentations to a business audience that synthesize complex topics clearly and concisely.
- Ensure alignment, timely completion of deliverables, and overall engagement.
Knowledge and Skills
- Years of experience required: Minimum of five to seven (5 - 7) years progressive experience in change management, communications, project management or combination.
- BA/BS in business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with large-scale organizational Finance and Supply Chain change efforts associated with ERP implementations.
- Strong experience managing stakeholders and designing solutions to mitigate change impacts.
- Solid understanding of how change and change processes impact an organization’s environment internally and externally.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, and move toward a common vision or goal; problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools - Prosci® ADKAR experience and Prosci® certification is preferred.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics; accurate, above average attention to detail, and ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Jira, Visio, and graphics programs preferred.
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $68-96/Hr
