Description:

NetApp is undertaking a major transformation initiative, implementing Oracle Cloud ERP across the organization. This is an exciting new opportunity for the right candidate to perform as a Project Coordinator within this program.

Description:

  • Responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution & project management of the unified cloud transformation initiative.
  • Will work closely with Project Managers and supporting workstreams leads across Finance, Supply Chain Management, IT, OCM, Data and Reporting to enable effective delivery of designated project activities.
  • Responsible for generating accurate & comprehensive status reports for the Project & Program Manager.
  • Provide assistance with monitoring resource levels across the program to ensure a balance with demand and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with System Integrators, 3rd party vendors & relevant stakeholders to develop & monitor project schedules and track work hours to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Assist with driving accountability to planned dates, creating and maintaining schedules in collaboration with System Integrators, 3rd party vendors & relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess project risks & issues, escalate as appropriate with team members or the Project Manager
  • Organize & support project team meetings including setting up meeting rooms, assisting with travel logistics, preparing meeting materials, capturing meeting minutes & managing recordings
  • Assist with activities related to project team onboarding for new team members (or team leavers), e.g., access, updated team materials (org charts), etc

Administer Project TeamSites & shared project team repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Mailboxes)


Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of project coordination experience, on multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects, with emphasis on product development systems and technical environments.
  • Experience working in ERP, Resource management, or PPM Systems.
  • Previous experience with implementing cloud-based solutions or familiarity with the concepts of cloud-based architecture and its implementation
  • Prior experience with managing budgets & providing monthly finance analysis/reporting
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
  • Proven ability to quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure
  • Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
  • Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs. Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools
  • Good understanding of the procurement process, including raising purchase orders, receipting invoices, SOW management
  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures, awareness of the concepts of Capital Asset requests, OPEX & Deferred Cost
  • Experience with understanding various software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum
  • Good working knowledge of SDLC

Able to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree preferred and or comparable work experience
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification
  • Experience with MSP, MS Teams, SharePoint,
  • Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
  • Experience with Agile Methodology

    The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $32/hour - $37/hour
