Cybersecurity operations for the NetApp engineering datacenter and labs.

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Cybersecurity Operations
o IAM
o Rapid7 dashboards and reporting
o Vulnerability remediation and mitigation
 Heavy internal NetApp customer communication
o Weak credential remediation
o Automox
o LDAP and AD
o Proxy and Firewall
o Automation including AWX and Ansible

• Hardware Management:
o Physically racking and stacking hardware components.
o Cabling and baffling to ensure optimal airflow and organization.
o Managing the lifecycle of equipment, including installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.

• Software and Configuration:
o Installing operating systems and performing basic configurations, primarily focused on network services.
o Supporting infrastructure by ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.

• Break/Fix and RMA:
o Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, particularly around Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) of Field Replaceable Units (FRU).
o Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to facilitate repairs and replacements.

• Systems Administration:
o Performing routine administrative tasks to support the datacenter and lab environments.
o Monitoring system performance and implementing necessary updates or fixes.

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $45/hour - $52/hour
