Description:

The Program Support Manager provides operational and administrative support to the program leadership team, ensuring targeted execution of priorities, operational efficiencies, process and governance adherence, and alignment across our large-scale ERP initiative. This role combines high-level program administrative support with project coordination responsibilities, acting as a support function for leadership by managing calendars, driving throughput, and ensuring consistent application of our agreed delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration

  • Manage and prioritize complex leadership calendars, ensuring alignment with program priorities and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, offsites, and leadership forums, including agenda development, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between program leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare briefing materials, program summaries, and presentations for leadership sessions

Program & Project Coordination

  • Oversee the execution of deliverables at both the workstream/track and program levels, ensuring alignment with scope and timeline.
  • Monitor program throughput and team bandwidth, identifying where program leads are spending cycles and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects, deploying mitigation strategies and providing support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed-upon methods and frameworks, including integrated master schedules (IMS), Jira workflows, and documented ways of working.

Operational Oversight

  • Maintain visibility into cross-functional plans and delivery roadmaps, surfacing blockers and enabling proactive resolution.
  • Ensure readiness for entry/exit of each program cycle, many of which will overlap and require team-by-team prioritization.
  • Drive accountability through regular check-ins, status updates, and performance tracking.
  • Deploy support as needed (“plug & play”) to address emerging issues or gaps.

Leadership Support

  • Support the program leadership team with decision-making, planning, and program development.
  • Lead or support special projects and initiatives that span multiple teams or functions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $39-58/Hr
