Job Summary
• Accountable for end-to-end payroll process of assigned countries
• Gather information from various departments on payroll inputs and share the details with service provider in prescribed formats
• Preparing and posting all payroll journal entries & reconciliation of accounts
• Co-ordinate with accounting and finance team to arrange payroll funds
• Consolidating bank details and upload for salary process
• Timely submission of filings, reporting and payments to statutory bodies
• Clarify all queries related to payroll either with employee or service providers or internal teams
• Addressing employee inquiries, resolving payroll discrepancies, and troubleshooting any issues that arise

• Very strong calculation / analytical skills
• Intermediate or higher MS Excel skills.
Working Experience
Payroll professional with 2-4 years experience in global payroll environment
Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of APAC payroll experience.
