Description:

As a NetApp Learning Services (NLS) Education Coordinator you provide a full range of logistical, operational, and project management services for employee and partner trainings, including online and instructor-led programs. This role primarily supports Early in Career, Employee, Sales and Technical Program Managers and Education Consultants. Limited education program ownership responsibilities. Limited direct-stakeholder engagement responsibilities. 
 
Essential Functions: 

  • Develop and execute integrated logistical, operational and program functions for employee and partner training. 
  • Provide program coordination and leadership in the execution of day-to-day program activities, including creation and follow through on projects. 
  • Coordinate the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; management of program-related data in spreadsheets or other tracking platforms to provide as input to dashboards and reporting. 
  • Assist in implementing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 
  • Work with a variety of remote and on-site contacts to execute work responsibilities. 
  • Support training events, including Sales Kick Off, INSIGHT and other key NLS events. 
  • Document and facilitate learner support for platform or content issues and bugs. 
  • Document project management updates in Workfront (project management platform) in partnership with NLS project leads. 
  • Manage special projects as assigned. 
  • Administration on education platforms, including LinkedIn Learning, SABA, NovoEd, SharePoint, Mindtickle, Field Portal, and others. 
  • Manage communication through a variety of vehicles with Education Consultant inputs. Maintain regular communications cadence. 
  • Vendor management responsibilities such as license management, invoice tracking, and management of shipments of goods. 
  • Generate enrollment lists, manage, and maintain user lists and groups, track student enrollment and completions, 
  • Manage instructor-led class delivery requests, Subject Matter Expert instructor management, and low enrollment oversight. 

Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Solid project management and decision-making skills (certification not required). 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies across multiple audiences. 
  • Independent; execution focused. 
  • Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills. 
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction; excellent follow-through. 
  • Data analytics experience (Excel basics) 
  • Flexibility in fast-paced environment. 

Responsibility and Interaction: 
 
Responsibility: 

  • The types of tasks this individual is responsible are a mix of structured and unstructured tasks. This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems. 

 Interaction: 

  • This individual interacts primarily with Staff to Director level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions as required. 
  • General direction is provided on routine work, and detailed direction is provided on new projects and assignments, as well as on-going review of activities and priorities. 
  • The ideal candidate will be an important contributor or lead on team projects. 

 Education & Experience: 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is required; 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks. 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $41-51/Hr
