We are looking for a results-oriented Service Logistics ERP specialist to assist with the successful integrate of a new ERP software. You will be collaborating with team members, managers, and senior managers within the Global Service Logistics organization to determine specifically within the 3PL RMA and Inventory Management function which business processes need optimization and performance enhancements within the existing IT systems as we evolve to a new ERP. Ensuring the deployment and implementation of the new ERP solution is a critical success factor for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP Service Logistics Specialists are responsible for the following specific tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure 3PL RMA and Inventory Management function is meeting corporate ERP transformation goals
- Analyze business processes and potential enhancement opportunities related to Service Logistics
- Completes project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, User Acceptance Test Scenarios, and End User Training Documentation/Quick
- Complete project status reporting on a timely and regular basis
- Collect business requirements and designs solutions that meets the requirements of job task
- Promotes the company’s best practices and implementation methodology as it related to RMA and Inventory management functionality
- Prepare development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
- Risk and issues management - Support project issue management process with project leadership
- Lead Service RMA support activities during ERP solution deployment
- Keep project and group leadership informed of key implementation issues
- Execute critical RMAs (remediation activity, unique return requests), working with Global Service Logistics Fulfillment, Test Engineers, and CSR/LSS
- Collect and perform analysis on data supporting Key Performance Indicators such as on-time delivery to Service Level Agreements.
- Complete Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis and management to continuously improve throughout ERP transformation process.
- Carry out the responsibilities of Subject Matter Expert (SME) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and process enhancements
Specifically, the ERP Service Logistics Specialist will be expected to:
- Have experience with a mix of structured and unstructured tasks. This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems
- Influence at all levels through active listening, a well-developed and educated point of view, and a collaborative mindset
- Attend and participate in ERP training sessions, user acceptance testing and system validation workshops
- Works with management to keep projects on schedule and recommends needed action to meet deadlines
- Utilizes project management skills to track performance of project from inception to completion for 3PL RMA and Inventory Management track
- All of this work needs to be done in close collaboration with Global Operations functional peers fully leveraging their teams and skills including Product Forecasting, Supply Planning, Procurement, Test Engineering, Quality, NPI, Logistics, Global Trade Compliance, and Commerce/CPQ teams.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with Service Logistics and/or Customer Service – experience with RMA part replacement and inventory planning systems is preferred
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support ERP implantation planning, where relationship development is key.
- Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Distribution Requirements / Service Part Planning applications such as Baxter Planning
- Knowledge of ERP development tools and business processes a plus
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and day to day activities in a fast-paced environment
- A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
EDUCATION
- At least 2 years’ experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a Logistics/Inventory Management environment.
- Experience of SAP CRM, Baxter Planning and Oracle ERP is desirable.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30-37/Hr
